ANDAMAS Lab

ANDAMAS LAB / METHOD

Real problems, explained clearly enough to use.

We turn real AI work and current research into practical Paths built around decisions, failure modes, reusable artifacts and things you can apply to your own work.

Explore 25 Paths
01

Start from a real problem

A Path begins with a job somebody actually wants to do: organise project knowledge, build a website, improve sales research, run an agent team or make a workflow repeatable.

02

Teach the decisions

Tools change quickly. We focus on the choices, failure modes, artifacts and operating rules that remain useful when the model, vendor or exact stack changes.

03

Make something useful

Every Step should leave you with a better decision, a configured workflow, a reusable artifact, a worked example or a concrete piece of your own system.

04

Test it when you want to

Advanced completes the implementation work. The optional Final Lab gives you a practical scenario when you want to put the capability under pressure.

CONTENT BEFORE COURSEWARE

The problem decides the shape of the Path.

We start with the problem. What went wrong? Which decision mattered? What artifact made the next run easier? Which shortcut looked clever but failed in real use? Those answers determine what belongs in Foundations and Advanced.

That is why Paths are different lengths. An Essential Path can stay concise when the job is contained. An Operator Path goes deeper when the work genuinely involves infrastructure, agents, authority, economics or failure recovery.

EVIDENCE LABELS

We tell you what kind of experience a Path is built on.

Some material comes directly from systems we built. Some comes from work we have done and then systematised. Some topics matter enough to deserve a Path because current research is useful. The label makes that provenance visible.

  1. 01

PROVEN means materially grounded in systems or workflows ANDAMAS has actually built or operated.

  2. 02

EXPERIENCED means we have meaningful firsthand experience while still separating that experience from universal advice.

  3. 03

RESEARCH-LED means the Path is built from current external evidence and is maintained as the evidence changes.

  4. 04

Foundations must produce a useful result before the Advanced boundary.

  5. 05

When the evidence is incomplete, we state the uncertainty instead of filling the gap with confidence.

FREE → ADVANCED → OPTIONAL FINAL LAB

Each layer should add a different kind of value.

Foundations gets you to the first useful result. Advanced adds implementation depth, reusable assets, worked cases, failure handling and the pieces needed to make the method repeatable in real work.

The Final Lab is an optional practical scenario after Advanced. Passing it can create an ANDAMAS Lab Achievement: a shareable record of that specific challenge and result.

What we deliberately avoid: padded modules, invented case studies, unsupported claims and professional-sounding credentials that imply authority the Lab does not have.
